Guide Dog Mobility Team Update

Want to know how the Guide Dogs Mobility Team got on over the weekend.....
Over the weekend on Sunday between 11am-3pm the Guide Dogs Mobility Team were in the Xscape in Central Milton Keynes.
The aim of this was to provide some information on the work they carry out and hopefully gain sponsors.
People were also given the opportunity to experience a walk with a guide dog.
I took a walk over on Sunday to check it out. They had an eye catching display with lots of information on how to sponsor a dog and the services they provide. On the day they took cash donations and had a tombola.

We have yet to find out how much the Guide Dogs Mobility Team raised on that day. We will be catching up with Joel Young, Engagement Officer from Reading Mobility Team very soon to hear how successful the day was.
