Centric Community Projects is a registered charity (1150611) and a registered Private Limited Company (08200778). We provide space free of charge to charities and non-profit organisations.

We collect information about you or your organisation when you register your interest in free space, make an application to occupy a Centric Community Projects space, or if you are currently occupying a Centric Community Projects space.
We collect a variety of information on you and your organisation. The majority of data we collect will be regarding your organisation, and so not personal information. However, some data we collect will fall under personal information. This may include, but is not limited to:
How Will You Use This Information?
We collect information about you in order to keep you updated about available space in areas you have registered an interest in, to process your application(s) for any available properties, or to manage you or your organisation’s tenancy when using a Centric Community Projects space.
How Will We Share This Information?
Centric Community Projects work closely with agents Vacant Space Management. All information that you provide to Centric Community Projects may be shared with Vacant Space Management to allow us to carry out our regular business functions.
If you make an application to use a Centric Community Projects Space, or are a current occupant of one our spaces, we may share your information with property owners, letting agents, legal organisations, and insurance companies.
Centric Community Projects will never share your information for marketing purposes, or with any external organisations who are not integral to the processing of your application to or occupation of space provided by Centric Community Projects.
Access to Your Information and Correction
You have the right to request a copy of the personal information that we hold about you as an individual. If you would like a copy of your personal information, please email us at [email protected].
