How Information about you will be used
If you are making an enquiry about space in an area where we do not currently have availability, we will store your information and area preferences on a private, electronic waiting list. This database contains the information of organisations or individuals who have expressed an interest in occupying a Centric Community Projects (hereby referred to as 'CCP') Property.
We will contact you when space becomes available in the areas that you have registered an interest in, and you will then be able to make an application to use this space. Pre-registering an interest in an area does not guarantee you first right of access to a Centric property. Properties are not allocated on a first-come first-serve basis. The Centric team individually review applications and do our best to ensure the right organisations are in the spaces right for them.
CCP will never contact you with marketing information or services, and will only contact you regarding your interest in, application to use, or current use of a CCP space. We may contact you by phone, email, or post.
Sharing your Information
To provide free working space to charities, CCP works with a number of partner organisations, including our chosen managing agent, Vacant Space Management, who provide properties to CCP to let to charities. All information that you provide to CCP will be shared with Vacant Space Management, to allow us to carry out our regular business functions.
If you make an application for a space and go on to occupy it, your information may be shared with further partner organisations such as property owners, managers, insurance companies, or letting agents. If you do not agree to share your information with these organisations, CCP will unfortunately be unable to offer your organisation free or discounted work space.
