Feisean Nan Gaidheal making effective use of our space in Aberdeen

Feisean Nan Gaidheal recently used our space in Aberdeen.

Feisean Nan Gaidheal (pronounced “faysh”) offers traditional music tuition and a Gaelic arts experience to young people. Gaelic knowledge was not necessary but it was hoped that some would be gained through participation.

Their event, ‘Family Ceilidh’, had over 60 participants, young and old who all had lots of fun  taking part in musical activities, raffles, dancing and a coin roll.

Comments from A Fèis facebook page said ‘’we love being in this building, great facilities and great staff’’.

It was great having them use the space and we hope that they will back to hold further events with us.

Go follow them on their FaceBook page

Due to loss of some of our funding we were no longer able to afford to remain in our current office space. This meant staff were losing their office and meeting space, with no alternative place to work.
